Limited 1-Year or 2-Year Manufacturer's Warranty
All of our Patio Furniture Covers are themselves covered by a limited 1-year
(Classic Material) or a 2-year (Signature Material) manufacturer's warranty.
The warranty covers defects in durability of stitching and material (including the Strap & Buckle System). Should a patio cover's buckle or
strap break within the warranty period, you can contact the manufacturer for repair or replacement.

- If the stitching or strap and buckle system falls apart, can I claim the warranty?
- The patio furniture covers' warranty covers defects in durability of stitching and material (including the Strap & Buckle System). Should a cover's buckle or strap break within the warranty period, you can contact the manufacturer for repair or replacement.
- What happens if the material fades?
- The color of your cover will naturally fade as a result of the elements; this fading is not covered under the terms of the warranty.
- How long is my warranty?
- All of our Patio Furniture covers are covered by a limited 1-year (Classic Material) or a 2-year (Signature Material) manufacturer's warranty.
- How do I claim my warranty?
- Contact the manufacturer to claim your warranty. A warranty card sent with the patio furniture covers will list the manufacturer’s contact information as well as a detailed review of your warranty. Make sure you have a copy of the receipt when contacting the manufacturer.
