All of our Patio Furniture covers are themselves covered by a limited manufacturer's warranty. The warranty covers defects in durability of stitching and material (including the strap & buckle system). Should a cover's buckle or strap break within the warranty period, you can contact the manufacturer for repair or replacement.

If the stitching or strap and buckle system falls apart, can I claim the warranty?

All warranties cover defects in durability of stitching and material (including the strap & buckle system). Should a cover's buckle or strap break within the warranty period, you can contact the manufacturer for repair or replacement.

What happens if the material fades?

The color of your cover will naturally fade as a result of the elements; this fading is not covered under the terms of the warranty.

How long is my warranty?

All of our Patio Furniture covers are covered by a limited manufacturer's warranty.

How do I claim my warranty?

Contact the manufacturer to claim your warranty. A warranty card sent with the patio furniture covers will list the manufacturer’s contact information as well as a detailed review of your warranty. Make sure you have a copy of the receipt when contacting the manufacturer.
